By law, we offer a full 24-month warranty. Within this period, any lack of conformity will be repaired at no additional cost for parts or labor.

2. Post-Warranty Assistance

To ensure you have the best experience in the industry, your water purifier will always be repairable even after the 2-year warranty expires. In this case, only the costs related to replaced components and labor will be covered.

You will never have to change your water purifier! Our products are designed and manufactured to guarantee an operating life of at least 10 years, ensuring you an investment that lasts over time.

To ensure maximum water quality and safety, filters must be replaced once a year, regardless of consumption.

Filters are designed to purify up to 10,000 liters of water, but annual replacement is essential for two reasons:

Maximum Efficiency: To maintain consistent water quality and purifying power.
Hygiene and Safety: To prevent any potential bacterial growth that can occur in long-term used filters.

For this reason, during every maintenance and filter replacement intervention, our Vepo SRL team also performs a complete mechanical disinfection of the system.
